The kitchenette was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare simple meals during my stay. I particularly appreciated the generous size, which provided ample space for comfort.
The only minor drawback was the light heater, which felt a bit too large for the cozy ambiance of the room. this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

I had the most frustrating experience at this hotel. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and I felt completely ignored. It was a nightmare after two hours on the road!

Thoroughly enjoyed its wonderfully friendly and pretty friendly staff.
The service was excellent and the location was particularly good and ideal. Also, an Anglican church was 2 miles away. The standard queen room was neat, included a balcony and a kitchenette. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had lovely views of the mountain.

we had a pleasant stay at the bathurst gold panner. the size of the room was quite good, and the buffet breakfast was a nice touch, even though we could only enjoy it once due to our early starts. we appreciated the quietness during the night, which allowed for restful sleep. the spacious bathroom was comfortable, and parking right outside our room was very convenient.
Nothing, all great! 😄.

While the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the kitchen appliances were outdated. the outdoor area with play equipment and a swimming pool provided a great space for relaxation and family bonding. The quiet atmosphere helped us unwind after visiting nearby attractions like Chifley Home and Machattie Park.

Our one-night stay at Bathurst Gold Panner with my 6-year-old son was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony view of Mt Panorama. We appreciated the outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities, enhancing our relaxation time. Nearby landmarks like the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum made for great family outings. it was a good experience, although there’s room for improvement in breakfast variety.

Just had a lovely stay with the family! The spacious rooms were cozy and clean, perfect for our needs. We enjoyed great breakfast options and the kids loved the playground. Even though it’s on a main road, it felt peaceful. The management was friendly, making our visit even better!

We loved the huge room with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchenette! The location was spot on for exploring the Mt Panorama area, and the view from our balcony was a good bonus. Plus, the self-serve breakfast was decent enough to start our day right.
The place felt pretty neglected. The driveway had major potholes, and the room showed signs of wear and tear—think old furniture and peeling paint. To top it off, the bathroom had lukewarm water at best. Not the romantic escape we hoped for!

I recently stayed for a night while exploring the area, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated, featuring a private verandah with a lovely view. I loved the large, comfortable king bed and the spacious, modern bathroom. The included continental breakfast was a pleasant start to the day, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Plus, the location was super convenient, just a short drive away from shopping and dining options.
I recommend this hotel.

The room size was pretty generous, and I loved that it came with a flat-screen TV, which is always a nice touch. The breakfast spread was definitely a highlight, like, they had every type of cereal you could think of and some tasty breads with loads of spreads. Even almond and oat milk! That was a pleasant surprise. But then, there were some real bummers. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, which isn’t great. I felt like I was stepping back in time – the kitchen areas weren't updated and really showed their age. You know when the microwave is dirty and there's still an old piece of bread in the toaster? Yeah, not cool. And speaking of kitchens, I missed having a sink to wash my dishes. I mean, really? I had to use the kettle and fill it up from the toilet tap. That’s just a hard pass for me. On the comfort side, heating and cooling were fine. I didn't really have to fiddle with the air conditioning much, which is good. But, the bed situation was a nightmare. I discovered bed bugs on my second last night, and it put a total damper on everything. I had to go to the doctor, ended up with all these nasty bites, which later left scars. They moved me to a different room for the last night – which I appreciated – but I wished I’d gotten some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Missing out on my gala dinner and all those conference days didn’t help either! The check-in process was another point of frustration. I rolled up and the reception was closed. I had to call to get let in, which was annoying, especially after traveling. They only gave me my room number, no info about breakfast times or anything. Luckily, the staff the next couple of days was super friendly, but the first impression? Not the best. I noticed some rooms looked newly renovated, while others were clearly showing their age. One of the beds even had broken wheels, so it was way lower than the other one. And, oh! The BBQ area was an absolute wreck. They now charge to use it, apparently for cleaning after inflation? But it looked like no one had touched it since last year - spiderwebs galore. Oh, and I really wished there were more hooks for hanging our coats. Just a small touch that could make a difference. All in all, it had its moments and some real letdowns. Just thought I’d share my thoughts for anyone considering this place!

This cozy 3-star motel impressed me with its clean rooms, spotless bathrooms, and a light breakfast to kickstart the day. I loved chilling by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying the lovely garden area, which really added to the relaxing vibe. The only hiccup was that I had to ask for directions to our room, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall great experience! 😊
